These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 1099sheets.com and your purchase of our spreadsheets. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

What you are buying

1099 Sheets sells digital spreadsheet files for a one-time price (currently $29 USD per product). When you buy, you receive a download you can use in Excel or Google Sheets. Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the spreadsheet for your own business.

What you can and cannot do

You can use the spreadsheet for your own business, edit it, and make copies for your own use.
You cannot resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the file, or pass it off as your own product.

The spreadsheets, the website, and their content are the intellectual property of 1099 Sheets and are protected by copyright.

Payment and delivery

Payments are handled by Payhip and PayPal. Prices are in US dollars. Delivery is digital and immediate after a successful payment.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. That said, we want you to be happy with what you bought. If the file does not work, will not open, or is not as described, email contact@1099sheets.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right or refund you.

Not professional advice

Important: Our spreadsheets and articles are tracking and planning tools, not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Tax rules, deductions, and rates change over time, and every figure in our products is an estimate. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own tax filing. Always confirm with a licensed CPA or tax professional before you file.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1099 Sheets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any tax, penalty, or financial loss, arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site or products means you accept the current Terms.
