About 1099 Sheets

Last updated: June 2026

1099 Sheets makes one thing, and tries to make it genuinely well: a complete, trade-specific spreadsheet for self-employed Americans who want to run their money and taxes without paying for an app every single month.

Why we exist

If you are an owner-operator, a rideshare or delivery driver, a cleaner, a hairstylist, a photographer, a personal trainer, a real estate agent, or a freelancer, you have been pitched the same thing a hundred times: a subscription app to track your income and expenses. Most charge $15 to $50 a month, lock your data inside their platform, and keep charging whether you use them or not.

We think that math is backwards. So we build the opposite: one spreadsheet, one time, $29, yours forever. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets, every formula is visible, and you can change anything. No login, no monthly fee, no account to cancel, and your numbers live in your file, not on someone's server.

What you get

Each spreadsheet is built around the real numbers of one trade, with a purpose-built calculator at its core (IFTA for truckers, a 1099 estimated-tax calculator for freelancers, a commission calculator for real estate agents, a mileage-deduction calculator for drivers, and so on), plus income and expense tracking, a Schedule C tax summary, and the 2026 deductions that actually apply to your work.

An honest disclaimer

Our spreadsheets are tracking and planning tools, not tax, legal, or financial advice. Tax rules and rates change, and the figures are estimates. Always confirm with a licensed CPA or tax professional before you file. We update our content for current rules, but you are responsible for your own filing.
